Stakeholder Statement

Generations Senior Living exists to provide personalized memory care for people living with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias, in small, comfortable homes near The Villages.

Caregivers come first

Everything we do depends on the people who care for our residents every day. When our caregivers are well trained, supported and valued, our residents are safer and happier, families have peace of mind, and everyone connected to Generations benefits. So we invest in our caregivers first: in their training, their tools and their well-being.

Who we answer to

We consider all of these people and groups our stakeholders, and we weigh our decisions by how they affect them:

  • Our residents and their families
  • Our caregivers, staff and volunteers
  • Our owners and partners
  • Our neighbors and homeowners associations
  • The communities of Wildwood, Fruitland Park and The Villages area
  • Physicians, home health providers and other healthcare partners
  • First responders, local governments and the state agencies that license us
  • Our suppliers, vendors, contractors and local businesses
  • Other care providers in our area
